Agree with some of the scathing comments about this part of RD2. The gambler challenges are utter garbage, no skill just pure random luck. Tedious and unnecessary. This mission took me nearly 2 hours, which dulls the enjoyment of what on the whole is a fantastic game.

too bad R* made it so those canoes would just sink now. why even have them there in the first place. also why the locations there are they not accessible considering they have that annoying slip wall and im pretty sure there is also working navmeshes considering cougars can attack you if you go there.

I followed this exactly, but no dice; however, the first time I came close by defeating him right at 0:00, which the game translated as my defeat (I let some choice words fly). After several unsuccessful attempts, I tried a suggestion below via ignoring the left side and sending shield/sword units with a cleric, then a ballista. This worked first try, but I had seconds left (not a minute). After all that, the game unlocks Hard Mode for Fort Condor. Like it wasn't hard enough! No thanks...

I am seeing this 5 years later. I am still floored with not only the sheer complexity of the games story, but also your content. I have played through the game twice at 100% and maxed out everything on RDO. I still can’t get enough and now I am going to go see this for myself.

Here in 2024! Question: Based on Van Horn's placement on the beta maps, is it safe to say the location at 16:01 is where it was originally located? Or close to its og location. I've been exploring outside of Roanoke's borders trying to pinpoint Van Horn's original location based on the beta maps.

Would have been nice to get a DLC that added lots of bounty of mission to NA, and maybe Mexico with bounties as well. GTA online just made too much money to pump the brakes on it.

Man forget the sniper I always get attacked by a damn army of soldiers and die instantly. I try sneaking and crouching and they always seem to fund me

i saw a picture online and this is what comes to my mind. immediately looked for this. i spent so many hours in this abandoned saloon in RDO. whenever it is night with heavy rain, i stay here watching players go pass. i will never forget those lockdown days.

can you bring your own horse? I know how to bring a horse to mexico without cheats but i dont know how to get over the hill at 2:27 with my horse and i dont want to activate cheats

The thing everyone should do is get the sniper to activate then do friends and knuckle ship mission in epilouge then fail mission and cancel and then that annoying sniper is gone

Rockstar honestly just bit off more than they could chew. They had to make a new map filled with detail, then add new Austin due to fan requests, then also add a tropical island with new assests for a map thats nearly the same size as the new rdr2 states.

Finally got it after all these years. Not even gonna get it for PS4 when PS3 is enough.

So, if I understand this correctly, it just boils down to always use the tile with the most dots that you're allowed to play. And, eventually, you'll win rounds this way without drawing simply because the tiles you start with are good enough.

the trumpet was the cut guarma exploration theme. if you glitch there or teleporte yourself and ride around, it'll plag, along with drum themes.

It amazes me as meticulous as Rockstar was when developing this game, they didn’t allow the player to fast travel back to Guarma. There are tropical birds there I need to put in my compendium.
